Manali - a scenic reality

Manali - a scenic reality

Arriving in the serene environment of Manali was a mesmerizing feeling in itself, away from the hoopla of life in a metro, into the deepest beauty of our nature, in its totally pure and original form. It was a trekking trip with 11 of my friends to manali and solang valley in my school time. All that scenic view in front of my eyes, it felt like one of my childhood paintings has come into reality. Our first day of the trip went in our guest houses while we were awestruck with amaze of the place. We went to our mountaineering camp the very next day, early in the morning witnessing the red rising sun over the horizon.

A trip to Leh - Experience Oxymoron- ic!

Sometimes it snowed and the whole place would look like a frame-less scenery painted(of which i was a part) on canvas, yet alive. Ladakh is a place one must visit atleast once. We know that not everyone gets to see heaven after death, so why miss the chance in a lifetime?!

Trip Review: A visit to Kolkata

Trip Review: A visit to Kolkata

It is the city of Maa, and the Bengali - the 'Bhadralok' or the gentlemen. Its the city of culture, the arts, robindro shongeet and Satyajeet Ray. It is the house to the only surviving tram system in India, it is teeming with haphazardly placed odd buildings looming large over you as you muster to look at the cloudy skies.
